Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Division intends to purchase ANNUAL COMPUTER SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE on a sole source basis from Integrated Security Management Systems, Inc., 9719 Ashbourn Drive, P.O. Box 109, Burke, Virginia 22015. This maintenance is for 32 users of ISMS' proprietary Progress Query/Report; 32 users of Progress 4GL/RDBMS; and 32 users of the Document and Personnel package. Maintenance support includes unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST. The software must be Year 2000 compliant and updates shall be provided as released. The ISMS software is currently licensed for use on a DEC Alpha computer using a VMS operating system. ISMS is the developer and designer of the proprietary software, which is incorporated into critical development programs. The performance period is 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal Number is N00178-01-Q-1051. The place of delivery is Joint Warfare Analysis Center, Building 1450, 18385 Frontage Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448. Award is being made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The offeror shall include their Cage Code Number, DUNS No, Tax Identification Number, and certification that their company is listed in the Central Contractor Registration Website. The offeror shall submit their quotation to SD118/Williams at fax 540-653-7088. The Government will not issue a written quote as all items are identified in this notice. All items shall be shipped FOB Destination. Closing date is 20 August 2001 and the anticipated award date is 27 August 2001.
