- Trail surfacing with hot bituminous plant mix. Project consists of purchasing and placing hot bituminous plant mix on prepared trails and picnic sites on Multnomah Falls, Wahkeena Picnic Area, and Larch Mountain Picnic Area, on the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area on the Mt.
