Description

Provide and install an air conditioning system for the Annex Building. Project Site is located at Forestry Sciences Laboratory, 5985 Hwy K, in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The building is 2200 square feet, block construction. Installation includes, but is not limited to: Provide nine evaporative units in building ranging in size from 7 to 14.6 MBH. Six condensing units on roof ranging in size from 8 to 18 MBH. Roof curbs as required for the condensing units. Refrigeration piping between evaporative units and condensing units. Electrical wiring as required for a complete operating system. A pre-bid conference will be scheduled as identified in the solicitation document. Solicitation documents will be available approximately 08/24/01 and may be requested only by fax at 651-649-5285 Attn: Procurement, (phone call requests will not be honored). This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. Estimated cost is less than $100,000.
