Description

The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for a minimum quantity 700 each Roof Canopy Assembly, NSN: 7360-01-043-8477. The Government anticipates that this acquisition will result in a three-year Indefi nite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a maximum quantity of 4000 each. This acquisition will be solicited and awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. The general characteristics and item description are: The cotton-like duck cloth is rain and fire resistant, etc. (weatherproof) material canopy. It is approximately 15 long x 8 wide in size. It has fasteners, rings, and hooks, loop hangers etc. attached to the material to fasten over tent frame like aluminum poles. The canopy is us ed in the food preparation areas and /or other like equipment. It is anticipated that the first delivery order for a quantity of 700 Roof Canopy assemblies will be issued at the time of basic ID/IQ contract award following the evaluation of proposals. Al l Deliveries of the Roof Canopy Assemblies will be F.O.B Destination. Offerors shall also submit a one page past performance sheet listing at least three (in the past two years) references for the same or similar item. The past performance sheet must con tain a point of contact for each, a current telephone and fax number, order/contract number. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business The North American Industry Code is 313320 and the size standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation with attachments will be posted on the center website: www3.natick.army.mil, on or about 30 August 2001. Award will be dependent upon availability of funds. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency. Proposals may be submitted via Fax (508) 233-5286 or sent by overnight or regular mail to Stephen S.
