Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, and 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the proposal and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 and is issued for Request for Quotation #RFQ 610-14-01. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337910 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Award will be made based on price and delivery. Item is for a brand name or equal "Plexus Tru-Aire P/2200 Mattress". Acquisition requirements are for 13 each Model P/2200 Low Air Loss Mattress; 13 each Top Sheet for P/2200 Mattress. FOB point is destination, and shall include initial setup. If offering other than Plexus mattresses and top sheets, please provide descriptive literature so that a complete comparison can be made.
