Description

The U. S. Dept. of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to make an award to CBG Biotech, LTD, 2211 Lake Club Drive, Suite 205, Columbus, OH 43232, for the purchase of a 5 gallon Xylene Recycler and a 5 gallon Alcohol Recycler, both with an extended warranty. The unit must be mobile; the unit must have an automatic waste disposal & decontamination process; the unit must have a tamper proof programmable computer; the unit must have a built in spill tray for secondary containment; the unit should be a closed system with no hot surfaces; there should be no required cleaning or maintenance; and have a total replacement warranty. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. CBG Biotech is the only known source for providing the unit that is mobile. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency?s requirements by forwarding a detailed response by August 28, 2001. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 301-504-4276. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received August 28th to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous go the Government, negotiations will take place with CBG Biotech, LTD. =20
