Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure two (2) each Centrifugal Pumps, Carver P/N D-ETN-0-98-002, Stock Number 4320-01-283-1137. Technical characteristics are as follows: Centrifugal pump unit with attached motor, 500 GPM, 90 ft. hd., 1775 RPM, vertical mount, motor data: 20 HP, 440 VAC, 60 HZ, 3 phase, fully enclosed dripproof. Pump is used for auxiliary sea (salt) water circulation. Each Pump shall be packed in its own wooden crate. PUMPS MUST BE THE ACTUAL CARVER PART NUMBER REQUESTED. ALTERNATE PART NUMBERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS ACQUISITION. The Government does not possess the necessary technical and engineering data or drawings required to allow evaluation of alternate part numbers. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Delivery shall be no later than 90 days after the date of award. Interested sources, that can provide the Carver part number being requested, may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. The RFQ shall be available for download, on or about 15 August 2001, via FedBizOpps at www.eps.gov. Electronic submission of quotations, via email only, is not acceptable. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. See Numbered Note 22.
