Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to replace hot water generators at the Department of Veterans Affairs Domiciliary, 8495 Crater Lake Highway, White City, Oregon 97503 in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Scope of work includes general construction, asbestos abatement, and replacement of hot water storage tanks with instantaneous steam power hot water generators and certain other items. Estimated construction cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code 235110. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic and hard copy form.
