Description

This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 234990. Small Disadvantanged Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, Disabled Veteran Small Businesses, and HUBZone certified Businesses are encouraged to participate. This project is located at F. E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. Th work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, site excavation, backfill, grading, pipe removal and installation, disconnecting building service lines, manhole replacement, and site restoration. The performance period for the resulting construction contract is 60 calendar days. There is a winter exclusion period for this project. The cost magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 25 August 2001, with a closing date 30 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal. Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. This solicitation will be available via the Internet at the following address: www.eps.gov.
