Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. This announcement constitutes the only Request For Quotations and incorporates Provisions and Clauses IAW the FAR/DFAR. This is a competitive procurement. Award will be based on lowest bidder meeting all specifications. LABOR, MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION AND TRIM OF THREE (3) SHOWER STALLS WITH DRAINS, TWO (2) TOILET STALLS WITH DOORS, LAMINATE COUNTERTOP WITH THREE (3) SINKS, TWO (2) FLOOR DRAINS AND THREE (3) PRIVACY WALLS PER DESIGN LAYOUT TO INCLUDE WALL PREP, FLOOR PREP, DRYER VENT, TOILET AND SHOWER. ACCESSORY ITEMS INCLUDED- SINKS-3, FAUCETS 3, CUTOFFS 3, TRIP LEVERS 3, TOILETS WITH SEATS 3, SHOWER ACCESSORY PACKAGE (TOWEL BARS, ETC.) 1. ROUGH-IN AND FINAL PLUMBING FOR THREE (3) SINKS, TWO (2) TOILETS, THREE (3) SHOWERS, THREE (3) SHOWER PANS, TWO (2) FLOOR DRAINS, AND WASHER HOOK-UP. ROUGH -IN AND FINAL ELECTRICAL FOR 12 LIGHTS, THREE (3) GFI OUTLETS WITH SWITCH PLATE COVERS, WASHER/DRYER HOOK-UP. INSTALLATION OF 920 SQUARE FT OF SANITARY TILE. DELIVERY OF ALL MATERIALS TO JOB SITE EODMU, 2520 MIDWAY RD. STE 200, NORFOLK VA 23521 TRASH REMOVAL AND CLEAN UP BY CONTRACTOR. EODMU2 WILL PROVIDE WASTE CONTAINER FOR JOB SITE REFUSE. PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND BUILDING PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS ARE TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL CODES. START DATE FOR CONSTRUCTION TO BE ON OR ABOUT 30 AUG 2001. CONSTRUCTION TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 45 60 DAYS OF START DATE. Closing Date of Quote is AUGUST 25, 2001 1700 HOURS (5:00PM) Eastern Standard Time. Facsimile Responses are preferred at 757-462-4110.
