Description

The United States Government Seeks Sources for Leased Office Space and Related Space Requirement: United State Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 8,177 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 7,111 to 7,465 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Unique Requirements: Square footage must be located within the following delinated area in the City of Yuma, AZ: North: 8th Street to Interstate 8 South: 32nd Street East: Interstate 8 south to Pacific Avenue West: 4th Avenue Lease Term: Ten (10) years firm.
