Description

The National Severe Storms Lab (NSSL)located in Norman, OK requires janitorial services as specified in the bid package for the period December 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, cleaning materials, equipment and supervision to perform the work specified in the Statement of Work. Local supervision is mandatory. The total work area is approximately 43,305 sq. ft. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Interested sources may request a coy of the RFQ either by written, faxed or e-mailed requests. Anticipated release date of the RFQ is September 7, 2001 with an anticipated receipt of quotation date of October 12, 2001. The award decision will be based upon the best value to the Government, with past performance being significantly more important than price.
