Description

This modification is to correct the subject of this solicitation. N68711-01-B-0801, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT NAVAL AIR FACILITY EL CENTRO, El Centro, California. This is a Combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Solicitation. The NAICS Code is 56173. This is an 8(a) competitive solicitation open to all SBA certified 8(a) firms in the Los Angeles, Santa Ana and San Diego District Offices only. The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, material, equipment and supervision required for all Grounds Maintenance Management Services and incidental related work at the NAVAL AIR FACILITY EL CENTRO, El Centro, California as set forth in the specifications. Contract duration is one year with for possible one-year option periods. Indefinite Quantity work will be issued by delivery orders. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000 per period. Base period of performance is from 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002. Contractor must be able to accept a Government credit card for any work under $2,500 in lieu of issuing a delivery order. The solicitation will be available on or about 10 August 2001.
