Subject announcement serves as Amendment 0003 to Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) DAAH01-01-R-TB01, previously published on 05 JUN 01. Subject BAA was issued in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command's (USAAMCOM) requirement for the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Smart Tactical Rocket (MSTAR), to solicit proposals for research (or research ideas) for the demonstration of a munitions delivery system for the packaging and dispensing of smart munitions from the MLRS family of vehicles.
