This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference S0189W20-DVDR in your quote. Description of this requirement is: Blank Digital Versatile Disk (DVD) DVD-R Media 4.7 Gigabyte per disc, Rimage Printable, DVDR Version 2.0, Pioneer Brand only (P/N DVSR4700-T20S), 50 on a spindle. Quantity required 40 Spindles. Quote to include FOB Destination. Items will be delivered to NIMA, 3200 S Second Street, St Louis MO 63118-3399. This requirement will not be split. This acquisition is a 100 percent set-aside for small business. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, Alternate I, applies to this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible contractor that submits the lowest price. Award will be made using the International Merchant Purchase Authorization Card (Government VISA credit card).
