Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to negotiate with Avalon Integrated Services to update the ?It?s Goods For You,? freight video. The video will be updated to reflect the legislative changes in TEA-21 pertaining to freight. Avalon Integrated Services developed the video in 1995. Because the video needs to be updated within a 4-month timeframe, Avalon would be uniquely qualified to perform the work in a timely an cost effective manner. Therefore, no other source is considered reasonably available. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is August 23, 2001.
