Description

VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY seeks to estabilsh a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor and material for service/repair and perform biweekly preventive maintenance on the following equipment: Eastman Kodak Film Processor Models -- M6B, M78, M6, M7B, 180LP; Picker Models -- 270RA; and Fugi Model AC3. Contract period shall be for one year, October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, with 4 one year options to renew. Award will be made to the offeror that meets the solicitations's minimum ciriteria for technical acceptability at the lowest price to be determined in the best interest of the govt. The offeror must provide references from at least three (3) current accounts where the contractor has provided the same or similar services on the equipment mentioned herein and/or evidence of certifications as an authorized factory trained facility. The NAICS code is 811219 with a dollar size of $5 MIL. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Interested offerors must submit request for solicitation package in writing.
