Description: The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Firm-Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to Information Handling Services. This contract will be for one base year and one option year. The total effort is for electronic periodicals for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), an online database via the World Wide Web of journals, conference proceedings, and IEEE standards. The subscription for unlimited online access is for five (5) Naval sites (including their subsidiary sites) with optional access for each site by IP address or password. Sites: 1: Naval Air Warfare Center/Weapons Division, China Lake, CA 2: Naval Air Warfare Center/Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 3: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 4: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA 5: Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, Rhode Island Sole Source authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1 will satisfy the agency requirements.
