Description

3rd Notice. The Installation Business Office-Contracting (IBO-C), Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is soliciting proposals for an OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison Study for the Information Technology Business Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The requireme nt includes providing all resources and management necessary to perform Information Technology Services for Fort Bragg and Fort Bragg s geographical support areas. The major functional areas include Information Technology Management, Automation Systems Su pport and Services, Telecommunications Systems Support and Services, Visual and Audio Information Services, General Support and Services, Logistical Support and Services, Records Management and Publications Services, and Automated Digital Network Services. The performance period includes a three-month Phase-In Period followed by a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The NAIC Code is 513310 (SIC 4813) with a 1500 employee small business size standard. The FSC/Service Code is D316. The requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the Government anticipates a Cost-Plus Award Fee type contract. Proposal evaluation will be in accordance with the procedures set forth in OMB Circular A-76, Army Regulation 5-20, Department of the Army Pamphlet 5-20, the Source Selection Plan, and Section M of the solicitation. The study will determine if it is more economical to contract out the functions to the private sector or to retain the functions within the federal workforce. This n otice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Government will issue the solicitation via CD-Rom. Interested parties must submit a written request to obtain the solicitation. Requests must include the solicitation number, the Contractor's name and complete address, and a point of contact, telephone number and email address. NOTE: Solicitation number DAKF40-01-R-0011 that released the Draft Performance Work Statement for this requirement is hereby canceled and replaced by solicitation number DAKF40-01-R-0027.
