Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a Firm-Fixed price Supply Requirement for the following items: 6 each, Wall Showcases, Customcraft Fixtures P/N 1050-60 (modified), 60"L x 23"D (in Lieu of standard 18"D) x 80"H. Base 23"H w/ black toe kick, wood sliding doors -- no interior storage shelves, no lock. Upper Compartment, 48"H w glass sliding door w/recessed finger-pulls and w/lock and fluorescent light (wiring to run down to toe kick only), (3) adjustable split glass shelves, each 12"D. NOTES: 1) Interior depth must be a clear 20" minimum. Brushed aluminum metal frame. Electrical wiring B.O., 2) HD 1" square standards, 3) 5"H base to be constructed w/ removable front kick for pallet jack. 8 each, Customcraft Fixtures P/N 10001, Hexagonal Display Case on 32" parallel edges; 32"H base, 32"H 1/4"T plexiglass display space, 10"H laminated top; fluorescent round light for top. . Flush black base to be constructed for 250-pound load w/removable panel for pallet jack. NOTES: 1) Electrical wiring B.O., 2) Shop drawings will be prepared for review and approval. FOB: Destination to Kirtland AFB NM within 10 weeks of award. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Customcraft Fixtures is the only source that is 100% compatible with existing Government-owned wall showcase cabinets. This procurement is being conducted under the simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent IS NOT a request for quotes. However, all quotes received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
