The Department of State, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is requesting offers for the purchase of 32 each Technical Communications Corporation (TCC) Model CSD 3324E Digital Secure (Telephone/Fax/Data)Office Centers. 2. This make and model is required in order to be compatible with an existing system currently in use in one of our project countries using this same type of equipment. 3.
