Description

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport requires a software suite of Business Case Analysis and Life Cycle Costs tradeoff analysis which supports the NUWC Keyport WA Supportability Assessment Center, for use by the Integrated Mine and Undersea Warfare Systems Group. NUWC intends to acquire the part number 2SYSD2 of Relex Software Corp or equal that supports multiple modules and provides 2-user network license. The software modules shall be commercial, off the shelf and compatible with NUWC existing systems and support reliability prediction analysis and block diagram development, analyses for failure mode and effects, fault tree, maintainability and life cycle cost. The software shall support a web-based, electronically accessible, state of the art tools supporting commonality and data sharing among In Service Engineering functions. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. Solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport web site (see below) 24 Aug 2001.
