- Ccorrection: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 08/09/01, the due date has been changed 09/06/01. This software package will establish a modern, serviceable, sustainable and fully computerized customer care system for the 7 electrical distribution agencies of Korporata Energjetike Kosoves (KEK) in Kosovo. The customer care module will consist of 3 specific components: 1) Accounts receivable, 2) customer billing and collection and 3) customer demands and operations. Chemonics will provide the customer care module to be integrated with other modules of an existing accounting software system.
