Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for an Aurora 32 Channel Digital EEG Recording and Review System, four each, CDA-1 CD-R Archiver, four each, Heritage Digital EEG Review Workstations, two each and an Aurora Moble Cart, four each. Vendor is required to provide two (2) complete sets of the operators manual and the service manual with the delivery of the equipment. The system shall be brand name or equal. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference RFQ# DADA09-01-T-0376. Requests may be faxed to (210) 916-3040 or (210) 916-4698. Funds are not available for this requirement; however, it is anticipated year-end funds may become available. Therefore, all quotes submitted in response to the RFQ must remain firm through 30 Sep 01. All responsible sources will be considered.
