Description

Dredging Gulf Intercostals Waterway, Texas, High Island to Rollover Pass and Channel Fronting Highway Ferry Slip at port Bolivar in Chambers and Galveston Counties, Texas, Dredging. The work consists of dredging approximately 2,707,000 cubic yards of material, raising Placement Area levees, and refurbishing Drop-outlet Structures. The plans and specifications will be provided on compact disc (CD). To obtain a CD, please register at www.swg.usace.army.mil/ct. Subcontracting goals for the the Galveston District are: 61.4% Small Business; 9.1% -- Small Disadvantaged business; 5.0% Woman-Owned; 1.5% -- Hubzone Small Business; 3.0% -- Veteran-Owned Small Business. The estimated Cost range for this project is between $1,00,000 and $5,000,000.
