Description

SIC 1742/NAICA 235420 Provide all material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work specified in this solicitation. Work will be accomplished in a building with courtrooms under conditions requiring little noise and no foul odors during normal working hours. Work will involve historic lobby restoration in the Carl Albert Federal Building/Courthouse, McAlester, Oklahoma. Estimated cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation GS-07P-01-UDC-5028, Project ROK02069. This project is being procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price contract requiring the contractor or his subcontractors to furnish a minimum of three references who will attest that the contractors have experience in historic restoration and would use the contractors for future work. The solicitation will be available on the internet for downloading, without drawings, by August 15, 2001. The bid packages will be due about September 20, 2001. If a contractor downloads the specifications, he will be responsible to notify the Contracting Officer so a planholders list can be compiled.
