Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide residential Comprehensive Sanction Center (CSC) services for male and female offenders in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statements of Work entitled, Comprehensive Sanction Center (CSC), dated December 2000. A requirements contract is anticipated. The services are estimated to be 78% male and 22% female. The estimated number of inmate days for CSC services, are 65,700 for the two-year base period and 32,850 for each of the three one-year option periods. . The solicitation will be available on or after September 16, 2001, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
