Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source one year contract with First Call Corporation. The contract is for internet access to three electronic databases (US Notes, Research Direct, and US Analyst Estimates) which will provide stock analysts' large bank reviews, research, ratings, and business and financial projections from multiple investment firms. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document is available.
