Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Firm-Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to Wiley InterScience, John Wiley & Sons, Inc. This contract will be for one base year and two option years. The total effort is for Wiley InterScience electronic periodicals, an online database via the World Wide Web of scientific information and literature. The subscription for unlimited online access is for nine (9) Naval sites (including their subsidiary sites) with optional access for each site by IP address or password. Sites: 1: Naval Air Warfare Center/Weapons Division, China Lake, CA 2: Naval Air Warfare Center/Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 3: Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA 4: Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC 5: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 6: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, Indian Head, MD 7: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA 8: Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD 9: Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA Sole Source authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1 will satisfy the agency requirements.
