Description

The Program Support Center/Division of Acquisition Management has a requirement to procure services for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. This twelve month simplified acquisition is entitled, "Evaluation of Community Action Grant Program Phase I PA 00-003". The purpose of this requirement is to conduct an evaluation of Phase I programs funded under the "Community Action Grants for Service Systems Change" No. PA00-003; to develop a report that describes major consensus building and implementation issues, barriers and strategies to overcome barriers, and lessons learned; and to develop a database that can be used to collect valuable information which demonstrates the impact of the action grant program.
