Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to 3 M Optical Components, on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase of 1 each fiber bragg grating, dispersion -1080 ps/nm at wavelength 1550 nm, 1 each fiber bragg grating, dispersion -540 ps/nm at wavelength 1550 nm, 1 each fiber bragg grating, dispersion -270 ps/nm at wavelength 1550 nm, 1 each fiber bragg grating, dispersion +270 ps/nm at wavelength 1550 nm, 1 each fiber bragg grating, dispersion +540 ps/nm at wavelength 1550 nm, and 1 each fiber bragg grating, dispersion +1080 ps/nm at wavelength 1550 nm. Sole source is based on unique requirements needed to complete missions critical to NRL. See note(s) 22.
