- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Ipitek, on other than full and open competitive basis, the purchase of 200 each Custom fuser couplers with the following: Specifications: 0.2dB IL from 1270 to 1350 nm and 1510 nm to 1590 nm, low excess loss; Performance: IL=0.20dB (nominal setting 0.15dB), not to exceed 0.25dB; Access leg coupling to be less than 16dB; Fiber/Package: 2X2 coupler packaged in plain stainless steel tubes with environmental performance consistent with Bellcore standards. Sole source is based on unique capabilities of the requested equipment. See note(s) 22.
