Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Integrated Environmental Services, Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis, for Management services and remediation of hazards for a designated NRL structure to include explosives and radiological decontamination and remediation processes, lithium hydroxide processing, mobilization/demobilization of site preparation in strict compliance with applicable regulations and instructions of NAVSEA, RAD-10, EPA Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Code of Federal Regulations. Sole source is based on unique qualifications of Integrated Environmental Services, Inc. See note(s) 22.
