Description

The National Park Service, Midwest Regional Office, 1709 Jackson St., Omaha, NE, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for documentation of the occurrance of of all mussel species present in the 72 mile Mississippi National River and Recreation Area. Historic and recent documentation will be catalogued and enterend into other pertinent data management systems. This is a sole source prcurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible sources prior to close of business on August 23, 2001 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
