Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following service: 1) Integrate ORION with a GlobalStar data link, create new pilot virtual control switchology, improve broadcast data integrity, and upgrade the LEO Control Simulation Systems (LCASS). This requirement is sole sourced to Octant Technologies, 158 Commercial, Sunnyvale, CA 94086 based on their expertise to consult, design, and analyze the existing software and enhance software for the LEO Control Simulation System (LCASS). Any firms believing that they can provide this service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later that 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide this service and clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
