Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), F19650-01-T-0044. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27 dated 25 June 2001. The procurement is to obtain Hewlett Packard Servers and associated equipment. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commerical Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their quotation) FAR 52.212-4, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; and FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (May 2001); FAR 52.323-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (CCR); DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Contractor Registration (MAR 1998) and DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (Sep 99).
