Description

GSA, FTS Region 10, is seeking information about the availability of vendors to provide integrated digital voice and data local telecommunications service(s) and/or equipment. The vendor would provide equipment and/or services, operation, maintenance, and management services at various sites in Anchorage, Alaska. This would include engineering, site preparation, installation, testing, cutover, operation and management, billing and maintenance. Currently there are approximately 5000 lines being served at 37 GSA locations. The vendor would coordinate the provision of services with other Government contractors, including the designated FTS 2001 carriers, and tariffed and non-tariffed service providers. The vendor would be required to work with other Government contractors to ensure continuity and compatibility of service(s), the resolution of trouble reports, and timely and appropriate installations of non-Contractor provided equipment and/or services. Interested vendors should furnish detailed technical data concerning their capabilities, and pricelists. Information should be submitted in writing to the contracting officer by August 17, 2001.
