Description

PR No. ARG01030046503 will contain 8 NSNs for various Ball and Plain Bearings. This award will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The resulting award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply: New Hampshire Ball Bearings Inc., Cage 15860, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage 97499, and Sargent Controls and Aerospace-Kahr Bearings Division, Cage 97613. The Annual Estimated Quantity will be provided in the schedule for each NSN. Delivery: FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance Origin, 200 days ARO. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is 29 November 2001. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23, and 26.
