- Description
- This solicitation number DAHA17-01-T-0033is hereby issued as request for proposal and incorporated provision through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 333924 and 750 employees respectively. The Maine Army National Guard has a requirement for one (1) each Electric Forklift, The following requirements are applicable: (1) General: Four wheel, set-down rider, 4,500 lb load capacity, 36 Volt electric power source (2) Features: Lowered height of mast 84" with tilt and degree of 5 fwd/8 back dual mast with minimum of 120" a maximum of 131" with a free lift of 59". Fork dimensions (TXWXL) 1.5 to 1.65"x4"x42", Turning radius 72" maximum. Dimensions length of forklift maximum 80", width maximum 44", height maximum 86". (3) Performance: Electric with manufacture battery and charger. Must be able to be used on all type of surfaces and in varies weather conditions. Back-up alarm and flashing light while in use. Head and tail lights, side shift dual with free lift. (4) Requirement: The manufacturer will provide one-year warranty upon delivery. The manufacturer will provide a parts breakdown manual to facilitate identification/ordering of replacement parts from the manufacturer or other authorized sources. Offerors are required to provide projected delivery time with their proposal. Offerors are required to submit a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with this solicitation. This may include, but is not limited to, product literature, pictures and schematics of the enclosures, and terms of expressed warranties.
