Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main St. Stratford, Ct., 06601 to convert MH-60R Helicopter modification drawings to production drawings, create a digital mock-up via Computer Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA) and improve / refurbish existing tooling for the MH-60R Helicopter Program. SAC is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the airframe for the MH-60R aircraft and the only known source possessing the knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to perform this effort.
