Description

Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract, Construction Services, for Mid-Brazos Project Office, Laguna Park, Texas, including: Lakes Whitney, Aquilla, Proctor, Hords Creek and OC Fisher, Texas. Work will consist of performing various construction services, including, but not limited to: furnishing equipment and operators, to perform tasks such as; installing culverts, installing hot mix asphalt, concrete pavement, furnishing welding services, sewer line installation in rock, water valves, water line installation, road, boring, septic tank installation, electrical lines direct burial in rock, painting, barbed wire fence, woven wire fence, pipe fence, gates, tree removal, under brushing, traffic signs, park signs, water hydrants, concrete slabs, cooker & fire ring installation, buoy installation, pipeline floating barrier, etc. Contract Period: Base year plus four (4) one year option periods. Option period pricing based on the Economic Price Adjustment Factor. Estimated Maximums: The Base period plus Option periods 1, 2 & 3, are estimated at $3,000,000 per year, Option period four (4) maximum is $2,900,000.00. The total contract amount for the life of the contract shall not exceed $14,900,000.00. The resulting contract will be a Requirements Contracts, so there is no guaranteed minimum. Money will be obligated with the issuance of individual task orders. Task orders can be issued for any of the five (5) lakes specified. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 234110, Highway and Street Construction, which corresponds to SIC Code 1611. The Small Business Standard is $27.5 million. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to issue on or about 6 September 2001. Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time, on or about 9 October 2001. This procurement is an unrestricted acquisition. Offers from all qualified and responsible sources will be considered.
