Description

FHWA intends to issue a sole source Cooperative Agreement with the American Coal Ash Association to stimulate, facilitate, and expedite the adoption of new and improved technology relating to the design, control, and construction of highways with coal combustion products. Specifically, the recipient will develop documents concerning highway applications of Coal Combustion Products, sponsor educational conferences, workshops and/or training seminars, conduct laboratory, pilot-scale and demonstration projects, and document performance histories.
