Description

Single award term contract for the perios beginning October 1, 2001 and ending September 30, 2002. These specifications cover the production of various self and separare cover for books and pamphlets requiting such operations as copy pickup, electromic prepress, proofs, film makinng, printing/direct imaging, binding, packing and distribution. Approximately 55 orders. Approximately 100 to 40,000 copies per order and approximately 4 to 900 pages per order. Trim sizes up to and including 8-1/2 X 11". Material to be picked up from Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. Deliver f.o.b. destination to various addressees. Production time 5 workdays and up. Telephone/telegraph requests are not acceptable.
