Description

Contractor shall provide dual isotopes thallium/myoview stress test, dual isotopes adenosine thallium/myoview stress test and dual isotopes dobutomine thallium/myoview stress tests which shall include interpretation of the stress test as well as the EKG performed. Estimated quantity of examinations is between 400 -- 600 for a period not to exceed six (6) months from date of award. All tests to be performed at Contractor's establishment. Proper licenses and certifications, as outlined in quote, required. All requests for copies of quote or questions regarding this quote, must be in writing and faxed to the attention of the Contracting Officer at 561-882-6507. NO PHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Due date is August 23, 2001 at 2:00pm.
