LOCATION: MICU/CCU/SICU. From October 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2002; for Brooklyn Campus, 800 Poly Place., Brooklyn, NY 11209. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2002 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (2) additional one-year periods.
