- Contractor to provide all parts, labor and equipment to service diagnostic ultrasound equipment located in Cardiology and Anesthesiology at the Dept. Of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220. Solicitation packages will be available o/a 9/11/01. Responsible vendors may request a package in writing on company letterhead to include company name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address and point of contact. You may fax this request to 303-393-2860. No telephone requests will be honored. Proposal due date is 9/11/01 at 4:30 p.m. MST.
