Cloth, Osnaburg, Cotton, Natural Color, 36" Width, Type I, Class 2, NSN: 8305-00-281-2882. Applicable specification: CCC-C-429. Twelve deliveries to Albany, GA, commencing 150 days after date of award are required. NOTE: This RFP was originally issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, however, it will now be UNRESTRICTED. Prior procurement history is as follows: 0001 -- 5,400 Yds. to Associated Textile Mills, @$2.49, award date: 3-30-01, and 0002 -- 22,383 Yds. to C.R. Daniels, @$.98, award date: 5-7-96.
