It is intended to place multiple requirments contracts for artificial limbs for eligible veteran beneficiaries of the VA Medical facilities; Long Beach, Las Vegas, Loma Linda, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sepulveda, and West Los Angeles. Pricing, shall be based on a discount off Medicare L-Code Rates. Intended effective contract date is O/A 01-01-02. Solicitation issue date is intended for O/A 09-04-01.
