- STATEMENT OF WORK REPLACE OVER HEAD DOOR, BLDG 291 WORK REQUEST AGGNA 91020 1. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, travel, material, supervision, and administration necessary to repair by replacement one Manually Operated Over Head door at building 291, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. 2. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: The work to be accomplished consists, in general, of the following principal items. This does not mean that the work consists only of these items, but that it consists of these principal items along with all incidental minor work which becomes necessary to complete in order to accomplish the overall project in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner meeting the approval of the Contracting Officer. 2.1 Remove the existing manually operated overhead door to include all tracks, rails, and appurtenances that will interfere with installation of new door. 2.2 Install one new 12'-4" x 12'-4" electrically operated coil overhead door. Provide all required rails, tracks, guides, drum covers, safety bars, weather stripping, and attachments for a complete functioning door. Install a new motor operator with interior and exterior buttons. The exterior buttons shall be key operated. Door shall be primed manufactures standard "Tan" primer color. Finish color shall be Dark Bronze. 2.3 Waste: The contractor will properly dispose of all wastes off Altus AFB 2.4 The contractor shall field prove all measurements and quantities. 3. SUBMITTALS: The contractor shall provide submittals, to include shop drawings on the coil door, motor operator and switches, tracks, rails, and guides. Upon completion the contractor shall provide 3 sets of O & M Manuals for the door. All work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacture's "written" specifications, installation instructions, or performance procedures. END SOW Site Visit to be Conducted on 10 Aug 01 at 1000 AM. Will meet at Bldg 318, Contracting office.
