Parts are being in accordance with Army (18876) source controlled drawing 11474218 with the only approved source being Transdigm Inc. (81833) part number 5102-437005. Total quantity is 2 each to shipped to an FMS address, the shipping point used to evaluation is Bayonne, NJ 07002. Offers are requested on a FOB origin basis. Part requires origin inspection. The required delivery is 200 days. The soruce controlled drawings and the solicitation are available on the web after the issue date (8/30/01) at "http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp". This is a unrestricted procurement and all offers from responsible vendors will be considred. Written offers are required, no DIBBs offer is acceptable, to be returned to the address in Block 8 on page 1 of the RFP by the date and time specified. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as stated in the RFP.
